Worthing

Went to pick up my prescription from this pharmacy which was electronically sent from Lime Tree Surgery,only to be told that they did not stock the item, so i was sent to another pharmacy who had the correct item in stock, so on arrival at this store i was told that they could not issue the item because it was electronically sent to the first store. I was told that the driver who delivers drugs to the pharmacy's would be able to take the item back to the first pharmacy has he was there and he confirmed that he seen me at the first pharmacy. So off i went back to the first pharmacy again waited for the driver to arrive with my prescription waited for ages for me to be given my capsules. The whole process took nearly 45 mins is this acceptable ?

Visited 21/22 July the atmosphere was very happy, laughing, Banter very helpful lady over everything. Ask pharmacist for me, but sanitary towels and a lipstick bagged it to me. I am not well, I have a progessive illness efects my speech, eating and movement signed.
