Too long to wait when shop is empty and pharmacist is more concerned with trivial matters over urgent waiting.

This shop service is slow. Very slow and prepare my experience in store is bad. Very bad.

My prescription was taken and I was asked if I wanted to wait for it. I said 'yes'. It still took over 20 minutes even though I was the only customer waiting. Plenty of orders were coming through but they were for customers who weren't waiting. I asked the assistant why it should take so long and why they couldn't fast track those who were waiting, but this seemed to totally confuse her. On other occasions they have lost prescriptions and given unhelpful advice

Your store is a pleasure to visit. Well shocked, great, bargains and a pleasant, knowlegable staff. I have never had cause for complaint.

I didnt wait long for my sap and the waiting time was very short. More staff on the counter is needed.

Staff was very helpful and I had good experience in store today.
