The staff are always friendly and willing to help

The service is always so much better and so friendly as opposed to anywhere else I've ever been. I'm known by name, greeted friendly and always interested in how I'm getting on. Meds are ready and waiting for me and are always all non-judgemental and confidential.

Staff here are very keen and supportive especially when taking blood pressure readings; it is great that Lloyds offer this proceedure. Staff will double check if they are unsure about a reading and do not rush, this generates a feeling that staff take an interest in clients and their wellbeing.

The staff are superb - friendly, always helpful and sort things out quickly if necessary. When they say that they will call you back in the minutes - they do!! Why can't all shops be like this?

The staff working at this pharmacy are excellent. They now all the patients by their names. They are always polite and helpful. The pharmacist, well, he just is the best pharmacist I have ever come across!!! He does so much more than just his job. All the patients trust him. He deserves a rewards for all the things he does!

I went in to this pharmacy for a free blood pressure test. All the staff instore could not have been more helpful, friendly or caring. Thumbs up all round. I will be making this my 'Local' pharmacy from now on, the larger stores in town are so impersonal. :o))))) xxx
