I received exceptional care at Lloyd's Pharmacy St Albans. All the staff there are always helpful and friendly. Nothing needs improving.

The store, which is linked to the busy surgery next door, is rather small, but customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently. There seems to be a good liaison with the surgery as regards queries on prescriptions. My requests for a bi-monthly supply of pills etc. are always ready on time and accurate. I enjoy going into the pharmacy andchatting to the staff.
