Queens Square

The staff at this branch are wonderful, the problem I have is your supply to this store on 4 seperate occasions is that they don't have all or any of my prescription, I use your repeat prescription service, which is great, but as I live quite far from your store, it costs me every time I go just to find out my meds aren't there?? Just for that I'd be a bit dubious in recommending this pharmacy. Like I say the staff are always polite and very appologetic hen this has happened.

The shop is clean and ordered. The man who mainly seems to 'man' the computer is barely civil. My repeat prescriptions have taken many days to prepare and there is little or no apology. No-one smiles or seems to really care. Am sure the pharmacists are good, but I hate having to use this pharmacy.
