This store is based in an area of deprivation. It is extremely busy, with people tramping in and out all the time. It's therefore not always the cleanest of places, but that should not reflect badly on the staff. The ladies who serve are very good. They have to deal with some very difficult people - I suspect drug addicts are included in this, but they treat us all with the same respect & helpfulness. They know many of us by name. I reserve most praise though for the pharmacist Bishul (may not be the correct spelling!) Nothing is too much trouble for him - he takes great care of my 91 yr old mum's meds deliveries and always asks after her. If there is ever a problem he sorts it out with the GP straight away himself. He has given me valuable advice concerning my meds - when and how to take them, and he knows us by name. He is really top rate and such a lovely man. I hope he never leaves - we would really miss him so much.
