When you put a prescription in 3 days before pick up you are always told it is not ready or they haven't received it or on one occasion they left me without medication for 3 days and I am diabetic.

I try and support the local chemist but it is always sooooooooo busy. Someone needs to look at staff rotas and have more help at busy times. The new young boy was next to useless. wanted to pklay shops and serve but not put the new stck out.
