I have never been in this store, it just shows how easy it is to put erroneous, incorrect data into this website and think it is feedback. If I was malicious I could add all sorts of issues, but that is not the point. How can organisations base decisions on this?

Generally pleased with this branch. Seem at times to have a large staff but serving customers does take a little too long when there are these extra staff. I have found staff generally friendly and helpful. One improvement would be providing more than one (sometimes none) chair for elderly and infirm
