All the staff at lloyds grays are always very helpful + supportive since the new pharmacist has been in post the difference in the staff is 100%.

Always prompt with my medication review. The questions I sometimes ask the staff about pharmacy goods i make take it for headaches, upset tummy etc. Sound advice has always been given. Correct medication has always been prescribed (prescription I collect) Nothing seems to be any trouble when I enter the store for my prescription meaning staff are always cheerful.
