I deal with this branch for prescriptions, 1 week after requesting for them, going to the doctor they are not ready for collection. Never enough stock carried last week remained due to Thursday when I called Monday it still wasn't ready for collection. Everybody was complaining about it last week.

I am a regular customer to this store and over the past year the service has gotten worst, you hand in a prescription and minimum waiting time is 30-40 minutes. I have put in prescription on Friday afternoon and said I will come back first thing in the morning and there still not ready most of the time only 1 person serving, on my visit today I stood in the queue for 12 minutes, totally unacceptable. I am afraid to say I will now be going elsewhere.
