I am very happy with the service I receive from this store. The staff are always helpful and polite, and the chemist always willing to answer any questions and give advice. I receive a personal service and feel valued and appreciated.

I went to the store in Station Road Chingford E4, to get a prescription for which I had to wait. I was serve by a young lady with a name label Lucy (I could not see her sir name as the print was too small but it may start with S). She served me without saying a word while I was waiting did also serve other customers without speaking. One customer whom may of had some learning problems asked her a questions and her reply was "what". Then after serving this customer without speaking another word, started to laugh, and mimic this poor man. I then heard two women whom were also waiting say 'we sharnt being using this store again" I find in future I and the other customers will be using the "Boots" store opposite.
