My prescriptions were ready and waiting and I was served with respect and countess. The assistant dealt politely and sympathetically with another customer who was frustrated because his drugs had not arrived. A satisfactory visit.

NB.: We discussed the questions before filling in the boxed. N/A today but have asked for advice previously also would consider therefore completed as a 9 a G.P to be a 10!! Occassionally there has been a queue and so have left the shop to collect at a later date, as the prescriptions terms are not urgent.

Better than Boots.

The staff at this store are superb. They take great care of my family's needs - especially as one son needs specialist prescriptions. I cannot fault them. They are efficient and thoughtful.

Very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
