I have used this chemist for the years it has been there. The staff are all so experienced and well versed with customer care and confidentiality. Ranjan, Hitesh, Marsha, Rizwana are just some of the names i know and see regularly. They all go a step further to help and advise on medications to sales items. I cannot think of any other chemist where excellent deliverance is performed. Well done team... And thank you for making me feel so relaxed and comfortable in asking advice and help. the staff work really hard and it is open late which is great for us who cant get out of work early. my only dig is that when i wanted to give up smoking 5 years ago, there was no one there to take me on board. i left and went to a chemist round the corner and he got me on the quit smoking programme that evening. i have subsequently not gone in there for anything but prescriptions.

Basically Lloyds have always given out quality drugs unlike small independent outlets. That means alot to chronic sufferers like me.

Waiting area was a bit basic. Staff were excellent.

Very efficient and helpful staff.
