how these people are in a job is beyond me, they are the slowest people ive sadly come across, telling me to wait outside for 5 minutes going on near 30 minutes when pouring rain outside, freezing cold temperature when nobody was in the shop only to be told that l would have to come back for an item instead of telling me at the beginning when they discussed with each other they were waiting for it come in, to say the shop staff is useless is an understatement, 8 people working behind the counter yet they cannot get even the basics right, going to change chemists as this Boots shop is nothing but a joke, as l had a major stroke in the last few months, having to stand in the freezing cold wind and rain did me no favours whatsoever, to say l am angry at the counter staff is an understatement
