Boots Pharmacy Tunbridge Wells

I am leaving this review was I have found it impossible to contact the pharmacy to cancel an appointment for a flu jab. I know these are in short supply and so my place will be valuable to another customer. It has been impossible to get an answer from various numbers I have called: it rings out within answer. Really poor.

The staff were very helpful, it's just a shame that I couldn't hear them!! The noise of the music was awful considering that at a pharmacy you are discussing very personal and private details that I most certainly did not want to have to shout about!! As I need to come into store quite often I really hope this doesn't happen again or I shall take my business elsewhere.
