Boots Pharmacy Swiss Cottage

Bad experience today they not nice Pharmacist s today ,

I came there for last 25 years , I have severe illness es , then can see my history been there today 22 April 2018 had to beg for antibiotics, CIA have severe chest infections was told to go sowhere else cos is late after 7 pm after begging was given few tablets must go back next week Wednesday ! For rest long list medicines 5 days ! To wait , today where sane 2 Pharmacist ad before serving me they are not polite clearly using they power , few years before was busy not now , very unfriendly frosty atmosphere in this shop for last 2 years

I have had my prescriptions going to this Branch ,from my Doctors. After 2 years with them .They have lost me over 4 months of my medication. I have to phone them to remind them to get the prescription from my doctors..who are extremely efficient. Boots at Swiss Cottage do not answer the phone and when they do you’re usually left hanging on. There is one good member of staff who seems to get bogged down with all the work left by others ,for her. This pharmacy is a disgrace!
