Several times I have had to chase up my prescription as they appear to have no checks or measures in place if prescriptions don’t come back to the pharmacy until the patient calls to see if the prescription is in. The pharmacist Neelam didn’t even apologise or offer an explanation. Would not recommend this collection service at all.
