Boots Pharmacy Romford Market Place

They are supposed to order my repeat prescription from my GP so all I have to do is collect it from them. For three consecutive months when I went to collect my medication I was told they had not got the prescription and I would have to a) return another day b) the pharmacist issued one while I waited c) go to my GP and obtain a prescription. I wonder why they offered me this service when it is so dysfunctonal and caused me a lot of stress. I would not recommend this service and the attitude of the staff on two occasions was at best dismissive at worst sarcastic.

Boots pharmacy at market place is truly amazing.the staff go the extra mile wether it’s in store or by phone .they have been extremely professional especially during the pandemic and I have received great care from the whole team.i cannot praise them enough and hope their hard work is recognised by their manager.thank you team for your reassurance care and support during this difficult time.
