Today went to get my prescription and was told 10 mins wait which is totally fine and fair for me.So I went out for 5 mins and came back.Showing up at the front of the counter and the assistant aware that I am around.After 20 mins of waiting(from the time I hand in prescription note) I reminded the assistant I am here and have they process my order.She came back and said they are doing it now.I waited another 10 mins and everyone else who came after me got their medication.I asked again if there is anything wrong with my order and she said they are doing it again only after another 10 mins one of the pharmacist turn up and said 3 out of 4 of my items are not in stock.She asked if I want it to be ordered.I think this is so not efficient.There is no communication among the team and especially to me.Is ok not to have stock but they could have inform me at the beginning of time.Only after 40 mins pharmacist came and asked me do I want them to be ordered or I can go to different pharmacy.I took my prescription to Temple pharmacy and they have everything ready in less than 5 mins.I do appreciate healthcare workers(I myself one).I know their hard.The experience with boot Plumstead today was left there being ignored, the order being put aside and not attended fairly.A few of other people who came to order prescription got theirs before mine.I just really have no clue what is happening with this pharmacy.Previously I experience delayed but it is fine.But this time about 40 mins without any communication with me is really inefficient.I hope there will be improvement.Does not mean Plumstead can't have high standard of Boot efficiency.

Certain member of staff has very bad attitude problems - need to go back on training on how to communicate better with customers and patients
