Boots Pharmacy Kingston Upon Thames London Road

Dreadful, rude, non existent staff at this pharmacy. The man serving there absolutely doesn't care about customers and only serves the person in front of him. I stood waiting for 20 minutes for an over the counter medicine, just to be noticed. When I tried to engage I was just brushed off. Nobody cares about customers in that store at all. It happened several times and I simply stopped going there. How these people get jobs is beyond me.

It would have helped if the guy behind the pharmacy counter had listened and then answered my query. My experience recently has been extremely discouraging. Without having listened to a word I had said he ended up creating a story and blaming me for something that wasn’t even part of my query. Courtesy and professionalism was non existent. To improve the service please re-train some of the pharmacy staff.
