Boots Pharmacy Hounslow West

Firstly when you go and collect your medication, it's not ready and also staff that work on the counter is helping the pharmacist which I think it's not right. Your medication is not ready and have to wait 2 - 3 days to get your medication and there is one staff who is very rude. Even when you go and buy other things you have to wait to be served. I am changing from boots to other pharmacy. My whole family have change from boots to other pharmacy. Some of the staff are very helpful but there is one who thinks she is the pharmacist and thinks she knows it all. Why does a member of staff needs to help the pharmacist when she is supposed to attend to the customer. She is not a pharmacist. I won't trust boots with my medication.
