Boots Pharmacy Fulham Broadway Retail Centre

Boots the chemist in Fulham Broadway is appalling. This Saturday there were only two staff members, although the one behind prescriptions hardly counts as staff as she is very unhelpful and acts as if she is doing you a favour by helping at all. I couldn't find what I was looking for so thought maybe it is in the pharmacy section. Well, I stood there for quite a while waiting to be noticed and eventually had to call out to the girl in prescriptions. That's in the Skin department she told me, so off I went but couldn't see it at all. There were no staff to ask for help so back I go to pharmacy. She told me to ask the chap on the front desk so off I went. This poor chap is taking cash but had to leave his position to look for me. He couldn't find it and said he'd never heard of it. So back we both went to pharmacy. She looked through her shelves and eventually said they didn't have it. Now what I was looking for is not an obscure product - it was Eurax a cream for itchy skin. Stocked by Superdrug and also Sainsburys. Just not Boots the Chemist. A chemist? Huh!
