Boots Pharmacy Epsom

Wow this pharmaceutical team is brilliant!! I went in very late to closing on a busy Saturday, the staff had been working hard with customers all day. My previous nominated chemist had shut early and I was desperate to get vital medications for my holiday which I was leaving for in the early hours of the next morning. The Boots team told me my only choice was to call 111 and have my prescription transferred. They kindly spent a great deal of time speaking to myself and the NHS 111 customer advisors to ensure I would not go away without urgent medications. I must confess this was not hassle free as NHS kept sending the prescription back to the original chemist which was shut so the Boots team had to keep on at them to send it to the right place. No other team would do this for me! I did have a list of names for this review which I lost due to packing last minute - but I will be back soon to get them as they deserve all the praise! I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough, they have been so helpful. I have changed them to my nominated pharmacy now so I can get their great care and advice often. Thanks to you all :) There are also plus sides to visiting this pharmacy regularly, the general over the counter advice has always been spot on, medications are well stocked, the opening hours are long 7 days a week and there is so much good stuff to buy in the store in general.
