Boots Pharmacy Eastcote

I have never experienced such horrendous appalling rudeness being addressed to other public members! Specially they are old and require advance from the counter service. The tall indian chap with glasses must have got up on the wrong side of the bed! Treating customers with great respect would not cost anything. One of the response from him was "do you want this or what" Really I will never recommend this boots pharmacy to anyone!

The regular pharmacist at the larger branch of Eastcote Boots is an absolute treasure. She provides regular medications for both me and my father and provides a very personal service, knowing our names+ medications and in the case of my father's repeat prescriptions, they are always dispensed ahead of schedule and if they are not collected within 5days, we are telephoned to notify us they are ready. The full time pharmacist also stocks my regular, more expensive drugs despite me not being appropriate for the electronic or automatic repeat dispensing system, and it is always worth me using this pharmacy as my first-stop regular dispensing facility because of how nice the staff are and her brilliant POM Stock Management that is based on practicality+convenience as much as financial gain. As a pharmacist myself I could completely understand if there was reluctance to stock two-months supply of £250 worth of meds for a patient who isn't bound by the automatic repeat prescription service to use the same pharmacy each month- but she is mindful of the importance of immediate supply and our relationship which secures my custom up to three times each month as both a patient and general Boots shopper.
