Richard is an incredibly dedicated member of the Boots opticians team. He made time to see me at short notice to look into some concerning symptoms and immediately identified the potential issue and made a recommendation to seek further support from my GP. Without his intervention I may not have found the root cause of my vision issues and reached the correct overall diagnosis and treatment decision - and definitely not in the timeframe I did. Dedicated and caring, I would recommend Richard to all.
