Mr Brand saw my elderly father today and I attended the appointment with him. My Dad has very poor hearing which I explained to Mr Brand at the start of the consultation. I was so impressed with the care and consideration shown to both of us, the explanation of the examination was clear, informative and helpful. This appointment could have been very stressful but it was a calm and reassuring experience.
