Amy took time with me to discuss macular degeneration, as my father suffers from it and I was worried about how it may affect me. She was very supportive throughout the eye test and made me feel at ease. She identified that I have dry eyes which may have contributed to how uncomfortable my eyes have been feeling recently and recommended a specific brand of eye drops which I feel are helping already. Lisa was very nice and spent a lot of time with me when I was struggling on new frames, her advice and patience was very much appreciated.

Very busy so had to wait four days for appointment but went through triage which was helpful and partially reassuring . Appointment was great. Thorough and caring optician. Would happily see her again

I have used this optician for many years. Throughout this time I have found them to be 5 star. I really cannot rate them highly enough. The team all work together making the atmosphere warm and friendly. Emma the optician, is careful, listening and highly skilled. I enjoyed my visit yesterday and look forward to picking up my new glasses next week. Please pass on my thanks to this exceptional group of people, especially Lisa who took time to support me as I made my choice of frames.

Excellent service but as I only need glasses for reading could have been shown the reading glasses section which are the least costly... All in all though as always a very efficient service..
