Appointment at time booked - no waiting. Friendly staff. Optometrist allowed time for questions. Reasonable selection of frames. Would have liked 1/2 glasses as mine are for reading only - don't think they make these any more. Reduction for seniors with Boots Advantage card.

Very efficient service only thing that could be better was that I was unable to view results of visual field test as printer not working.

I've been using Boots Opticians for several years now for spectacles and contact lenses. I have always found their staff to be helpful and friendly and the eye tests have also been extremely thorough. The range of spectacles are good and as I'm part of the contact lens postal scheme I get them for half price along with free eye tests. If I'm ever asked I always recommend Boots to people.
