It was the first time I was getting my eyes tested and I was a little nervous which normally occurs with me as I am not the type of person to go out and try something if i dont think any things wrong with me. However my brother told me about a great offer they had on with the eye tests and forced me to get my eyes tested. Once I arrived into your branch it was busy and I was confused, didn't know where to go or who to approach. I was getting ignored and felt like no one cared until a Great member of staff approached me and offered me help. Her name was MARIYA and honestly she was a blessing. She came and asked how I  was and made me really feel at ease, she booked me in and made great conversation with me. I really felt she cared for my well being and wanted to help me. I was nervous because I've been told by friends that other opticians dont care and just want to get it over and done with but not MARIYA. She listened to me and answered any questions I threw at her and like I said before she provided an amazing service and help me feel at ease. After the history taking portion MARIYA took me into the room and performed various tests on my eyes. Lights were flashing in my eyes and I was feeling very tense but MARIYA calmed me down and made me feel at ease again without her service I would have been very put off continuing the appointment. She explained to me what was going to happen and if I wanted her to stop and any point she would. She finished the tests and politely told me to wait in the waiting area and the optometrist would call me through. I was called into the appointment and  got my eyes tested by the optometrist and the tests went smoothly  he made me feel looked after and explained the full results to me. Then MARIYA came into the room to see how I was and if there was any trouble which again made me feel so cared for and honestly if it wasn't for her i wouldn't have stayed. I want to thank MARIYA personally for the help that she provided me and if it was possible I'd giver her 10 stars. THANK YOU 5/5 would deffinently reccomend :)

I want to acknowledge the assistance given to me by care assistant 'Ella' who went over and beyond the customer service expected to resolve an issue I had with some sunglasses. Ella very kindly followed up on my problem, arranged spare parts which were otherwise not available, and had the initiative to have them sent to my home. Brilliant! Thank you Ella!

Lionel and Jess made me feel very relaxed the advice and the overall test was very helpful. The only downside was the very narrow and enclosed waiting area They were both very polite and professional and I would recommend boots options to anyone

Care excellent. Contact lense fitter at Meadowhall. Seen him 3 times now as struggling to find correct lense for me. He is professional and explains things really well. Would highly recommend him.
