Share review of Boots Opticians Sheffield - Meadowhall
Hi,
My eye examination was extremely below any previous visit I have experienced!
I was very pleased to get an appointment on the day of enquiring.
The appointment did feel some what rushed.
The young gentleman carrying out the 1st part of the tests came across as being pressured.
The waiting area is a place where you veiw the staff busying about with a feel they have several tasks to complete.
The eye consultation was a calm area.
The area for selecting glasses is limited in movement
An area where you have to watch you don't get in any ones way. Not a good area for selecting a product.
The final summary / concluding your visit is no longer a personal space where you can
Have a quiet area to discuss the whole visit the product you would like comfortably
The lay out in the store I visited is limited, and gave me the feeling it may have been better In the main shopping mall where people could be at a distance from you.
Or the car park if the weathers decent.
As I sit here writing this I am wondering if I made the right choice?
Maybe I should cancel my order
I am sure their are some elements of the test which wouldn't change or be different even at a quiet time of day.
This visit has certainly left me thinking about my choices.
