overall happy enough with service received although if appointments are running late it would be good to set a realistic time expectation on how long this may be. For example, I was advised they were running 5-10 minutes late yet this actually turned out to be more than half an hour. If over running this much or even if customers arrive early then at least offer your customers a drink while they wait. This also shows you value your customers and in my instance that you appreciate their patience as well. Simple things go a lot further.......................
