I visited on Saturday 21st January. I was greeted politely and with a smile. I was returning to buy glasses from a previous eye test because I didn't have time to get my glasses at the time. I was helped by a young lady called Natalie c. Although the store was extremely busy she took the time to go in the back and get my record card, we then spent time looking at different frames. She asked me what kind of frame I was looking for and what I liked about each one. I finally fell in love with a jasper conran frame, with the help of Natalie. We then sat down and she processed my order and made me an appointment to come back and collect my glasses. She also wrote notes on my glasses order to make sure they fit me when they arrived. Even though you were extremely busy your staff are attentive and helpful. 5* service
