Charlotte was very friendly and explained all the processes as we went through them she has a kind disposition and comes across as passionate about her role in the department. The down side was the waiting area which is a very small corridor which is not wheel chair friendly due to the width of the corridor and is tight squeeze for young families with prams which I witnessed when waiting for my appointment, staff were having to squeeze past the pram as it seems to be busy corridor and main thoroughfare for the staff, this cannot be a safe environment.
