The optician and 2 ladies working Saturday 18th March were absolutely brilliant. The optician was very friendly and informative and explained what she was doing each time. The ladies out the front were amazing. I could have picked a pair of glasses from the i365 eye care plan but didn't feel any of them were for me. I didn't like the styles and they were very limited. They could see this upset me as I could have chosen some for free with my work eye care plan. They am were very comforting and went through all of my options with me including explaining that I could pay half and then the other when I picked them up which was perfect for me. This helped a lot and they were extremely helpful and informative the whole time. I am looking at getting a second pair of glasses in the next couple of months and will definitely be going back to this branch. Customer service was amazing. Thank you

All the staff were pleasant and helpful and altogether it was a very pleasant experience. I could not point out any areas of improvement.

It would be a good idea if I could see the same optometrist . I saw three different people over four appointments. The reception staff should explain that there are differnet people and give you the option of booking an appointment on the same dy to see the same person. This was never explained, though I did work it out for myself and asked which days they worked.

All staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful as soon as I arrived for my appointment to assisting me afterwards in my purchase.

Very thorough examination, spoke directly to my daughter instead of asking me questions. Which we both liked,she felt grown up. All the staff were very friendly & helpful
