Optromitist was very thorough discussing my health, and testing extra stuff that I mentioned as my eyes hurt when looking directional. They were busy when I arrived at the counter with members of staff walking past when dealing with customers, a small point they could have said 'someone will be with you shortly' rather than just ignoring me until someone was free. But all staff are very polite and helpful, especially Pam.
