I presume I was told the optometrists name in the consultation ( I don't remember ) but it is not on the prescription. As with all eye tests it seems all the leading shops are the same.....I have had eye tests at Spec Savers and Vision Express and they all feel extremely rushed and you feel you have to answer all the tests very quickly.
