It was nice and quite at Romford's one. Especially, an old lady, receptionist was so caring and kind. The optician was polite which is very good for me. The assistant listend what I want and she was very patient with me. However she seemed not so happy when I wanted to use my boots offers. I know profits is important but that made me a bit uncomfortable.
