Very friendly staff. They gave me a contact lens case as I'd forgot to bring mine They gave me a free pair of daily lenses so I didn't have to go blurry after my contact lens check (as I did not have my glasses)

friendly staff. convenient location of opticians working for Boots, handy being able to go to practice in D90. Optometrist explained options. Appreciate advice and not pushing to up sell, helps build trust in optometrist.

I tried a few times to call the Opticians to make an appointment and either I couldn't get through or the system was down. When I did get through i was able to get an appointment the same day which is great. Richard the Optometrist was excellent and was really helpful to help me with the issues and changes I had been seeing.
