General level of service was excellent, however one criticism/observation I have is I went in for some sunglasses, and was advised that polarised lenses would be recommended so I enquired about this option after my check up, we then had a big conversation about what colour polarised lenses do I want etc, but I would have liked to have been given the price of the lenses before hand, I was only told this at the end, and although I was happy to pay the extra, if it had been a lot more I probably wouldn't have pursued this option and therefore the ten minute conversation wouldn't have needed to happen. I think being transparent about the price upfront before going into the detail would provide better care and service, and think the current approach may be deemed sneaky by other customers.
