Absolutely fantastic service, called the branch in Castle Mall Norwich as I believed I had a foreign body in one of my eyes. They got me in within two hours and confirmed my fears. Advised the object was small and believed it would come out of it own accord within a couple of days. Further appointment booked for a couple of days time and some eye drops prescribed. Second appointment confirmed the object had gone. Can't praise the service I received enough! Thank you. A. Parker.

The optometrist, Daragh, was brilliant, he was really friendly and clear with instructions and on the change in my prescription.

My appointment had to be rescheduled as it wasn't made clear during booking that my contact lenses needed to be worn 2 hours prior to the appointment. My wife on the other hand was seen for her contact lense appointment even though she hadn't been wearing the lenses prior to the appointment. This was the same day to my appointment.
