The experience was pretty perfect. The Optometrist was professional, with a friendly and kindly manner. I was made to feel very comfortable. The lady who helped me choose my glasses( I am sorry her name escapes me) was most helpful, friendly and also very professional. They were very busy and there was a delay in getting someone to check the prescription before I was able to leave.That was the only blip. Not a big problem. Thanks to all concerned. Susan Savory
