All staff I came in contact with at Norwich but mostly Becky and Emma were very helpful and knowledgable which assured me in any concerns I had - nothing was too much trouble The store domlack in customer toilets and a water dispenser/coffee machine which is pain when I've often been in their hours when trying to find glasses and get my eyes tested

I had an annual contact lense check. I also ordered new glasses and was extremely pleased with the time and advise Michelle at Castle Mall gave me when choosing new glassses, something I find difficult to do as I am overwhelmed with the choice and have in the past walked away as I have been unable to make a decision. Michelle helped a lot and made this process much easier for me.
