A super friendly team who made me feel very welcome. I spoke with four staff members in total and they were all absolutely lovely.

Usually have to wait a fairly long time to be seen, but this visit went quite smoothly.

The whole experience was great, the staff were all extremely helpful. I learned something new about my eyes and I felt very involved in the whole test as everything was explained so well and in detail. I had great help in choosing my glasses afterwards and I didn't even need to ask for help; it was freely given.
