After speaking to the receptionist to say I had arrived I found the service very disjointed found it slightly annoying The optometrist was excellent. Very understanding he listened and gave good advise talked about contact lenses. The sales team were not helpful and seemed to want to push for an expensive glasses to which I then purchased elsewhere
