Very personal service and for a very long time! Two members of staff helped me - one tested my eyes and the other helped me go through the options for the different types of glasses and insurance cover. I was there for a long time but the staff member who helped me was very patient revising the choices I'd made and the prices when I got a little lost by the many options.

I am usually a spec savers customer, but will not be going back and will be using boots from now on- more care for your eyes, and the staff do not seems to want to get you out as quickly as possible.
