Two issues Customer in waiting room being very loud on mobile phone right outside the hearing testing rooms, was a disturbance to other customers. Staff aware but no one approached him and asked to quieten down. The lady that adjusted my glasses was lovely and very friendly but did not ask to see my receipt at the end of the appointment so had no way of telling whether the glasses were actually for me or whether I had paid which I found concerning.
