Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff. Everything well explained. Nothing was too much trouble. Cannot think of any improvements as all staff were very thorough.

Jahan??? Was extremely good would completely recommend him. This was my first visit to a boots optician having previously been seeing another high street optician. The service I received at boots was a lot better and will be returning. My optometrist clearly spoke through everything he was doing and allowed me time to understand. Felt like they actually cared about you being there unlike previous experiences elsewhere.
