All staff I came in contact with at Norwich but mostly Becky and Emma were very helpful and knowledgable which assured me in any concerns I had - nothing was too much trouble The store domlack in customer toilets and a water dispenser/coffee machine which is pain when I've often been in their hours when trying to find glasses and get my eyes tested
