Initially had booked a few weeks ago; appointments were cancelled 1 hour before. Upon attending the reorganised appointments, the staff were friendly but disorganised; I was kept waiting between each stage of my appointments. Staff did not know I had booked two consecutive appointments (eye test and contact lens test). My eye test was interrupted 3 times by people knocking on the door and the optometrist answered. Contact lenses I requested upon booking were not supplied. Overall a very disappointing experience.
