The service by store colleagues was great. The only issue that I have is my contact lens appointment was 15.35 with my eye test at 15.55. I was seen swiftly for my lens appointment however I didn't get called in to my eye test till 16.30. I realise this is because I wasn't ready for my eye test at the allotted time and other people had to have their appointments at their time but this meant that after the eye test and looking for new glasses as my prescription had changed I didn't leave the store until 17.35. 2 hours after my first appointment time. I feel that the 20 mins allowed for contact lens appointment wasn't sufficient for me to be ready for the eye test appointment.
